Get Ripped Abs With Exercises That Really Work
I don't personally think that it makes abs stronger, but it definitely makes them defined. It will get every part of your abs in shape from the top to the very bottom. It can be tough in the beginning, but all you're required to do is 8 reps of 5 different exercises with about 30 - 45 seconds of rest in between each exercise. I have yet to still conquer the advanced training which is just the same exercises with an extra pump on each rep; but it doesn't matter because I've seen amazing results already! It comes with a video, and all you need is about 10 minutes three times per week. It really doesn't get any easier than that. Because it's so simple though I use it everyday. It folds up nicely and fits under the bed. As for it's durability... well, I've heard the Ab Lounge's straps break, but not the Ab Lounge Ultra (we have the ultra). Also, I don't know if this is the case with the regular version, but on the Ultra, the screw handles that you use to tighten and loosen the handle bars are cheap and break, so you'll have to tighten with your hand when/if that happens. Everything still works though. There is also The Ab Lounge Sport which is blue. I personally have the Ultra, which is the gray one, the differences I see is that the Sport (blue one) has no handles and doesn't seem to breathe as well as the Ultra (gray one). There's also a pretty significant price difference. They should both give you those ripped abs you're looking for so the choice is up to you!
