Shoe Arch Supports That Really Work

Shoe arch supports are an easy thing to shop for. Many have the idea that softer arch support inserts are best. However, arch support inserts are designed to accomplish several things. Perfect posture, reduce back and knee pain, provide foot comfort, and be durable.

Sturdy arch support shoe inserts are important because your feet need to remain in proper position for maximum comfort. If a person with no arch (such as myself) continued on with nothing to give me some type of arch support, it would cause my feet to get flatter and my bunions to spread more. This would cause heel pain, tendon pain, back pain and knee pain and over time hip pain.

I have tried all types of arch support inserts and have also been to a podiatrist, general doctors and two chiropractors. Next to surgery which the podiatrist actually recommended against. It was unanimous that arch support shoe inserts were the way to go and if that didn't work, I'd need surgery.

I personally still want surgery, but I have tried many insoles, and the most comfortable and all around best arch support inserts I could find is listed below. Click the link or the picture below to learn more about Walk Fit arch supports.
