The Best Weight Lifting Bench For the Money
The Spartan Mid Width Folding Bench is by far the best weight lifting bench for the money. It comes with a preacher curl, leg extension, and leg curl. You can also adjust the bench to decline, flat, and two incline settings. It's also small enough to fit in tight places. Like on the deck (where I have mine.) And when I bought it I only paid $61.95 for it! But it's regular price of $169 still isn't bad at all, making it also the cheapest bench out there. This weight bench along with other pieces of home gym equipment will give you all of the simple results you need to look your best. Unless you're a body builder of some sort and compete, there's no need to waste time, gas, and money going to the gym. Here are some before and after pictures of my results using this bench, perfect push up, ab lounge and ab slide as a workout routine. These results came after only 15 workouts.

I bought my set from eBay. Lately I haven't seen anymore sets on there, but perhaps they will come back. I don't know if I'd spend more than $200 on it, but it certainly is a great investment!
